Does every person booking have to pay a deposit?

If you are booking for a wedding and it includes a bride and wedding party, only the bride will have to pay the deposit.

Do you use airbrush makeup?

No, MMB does not offer airbrush at this time. We do use a special spray foundation that is as light as airbrush but gives better coverage and lasts longer.

Which payment methods does Mama Bare Beauty accept?

We accept cash, Paypal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo

Do you have a travel fee?

We do not charge a travel fee for any venue in Montgomery County. If your venue is outside of MoCo then a fee of $50 per service will be applied.

Do you travel?

Yes, we travel to all of our clients for their event if needed.

How does the trials work?

Once you have paid your deposit and secured your date, we will set up an appointment to go through a trial session for your hair and makeup that you wish to have on your wedding day.

You must travel to us for your trial to avoid a travel fee reguardless if you live in MoCo.

Deposits must be paid before a trial will be scheduled.

Where and when will the trials take place?

The trials can only be scheduled Mon-Thurs. If a weekend appointment is needed and extra fee will be applied.

All trial appointments are scheduled for 2 hrs. If your appointment takes longer then that due to multiple style attempts you will be charged $50/hr. of overage. If you would like to schedule another appointment then you will be charged full price for the service.

Can we schedule our trial the same day as engagement/bridal pictures?

Yes, you may schedule your trials for the same day as your pictures or other events as long as the look your wanting for your wedding is the same that you are wanting for your pictures or event. If the look is different a separate appointment must be made. We do offer discounted makeup and hair sessions to our brides for special events related to the wedding.

Cancellations

We try to be very understanding in the times we are living in. If you are needing to cancel your date then it must be 30 days prior to the appointment but will include a fee. If it is after the 30 day window then the client must pay the full balance balance due.

You have 1 time to change the date of your appointment without a charge. After that a fee will be applied.
